My daughter went with this home builder. Lots of cut corners and bad foundation jobs. The punch list to get things done via my daughters home is immense and it is just a plain hassle. Dee is the worst. She acts like she cannot be bothered. She is unorganized, rude and passive aggressive. She’s so disorganized it’s ridiculous. If you end up working with her, prepare to ALWAYS be wrong and to be walking on eggshells. I know SO many other Carnegie home owners that feel the same way, but are afraid to put in TRUE reviews due to retaliation and/or not having their punch list completed. HOW SAD!

Poorly built no one answers moved in with door handles missing, microwave detached, cut corners to the max i’ve had to call electricians to come swap out for GFI are not supposed to go. They did not even install gutters. Worst experience ever
