Carnifex Ferry Cottages

My husband & I stayed at Summit Cabin at Carnifex Ferry Cottages for our honeymoon & it was amazing! It was very clean & we had everything we could have possibly needed/wanted. Everyone was so friendly & helpful! We will definitely be visiting again! Thanks for a great experience!! - Kendra & Vince

I cannot say enough good things about these cabins. This past New Years was mine and my boyfriends second time staying in the cottages. We chose a different cottage from last year and our already high expectations were exceeded. The cabins are clean, spacious, and offer a lot of desired ammentities (hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, tv, full equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and more). The cabins are very private and in a great secluded location that happens to be close to the Carnifex Battlefield. Both Dave and Dan are extremely friendly and accommodating. We are already planning our next trip back! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!

We stayed at Summit cabin. Came with everything we needed, including firewood, and we had such a good time. The cabin is gorgeous and so peaceful, private. The comfiest chair, relaxing fireplaces and hammock, and hot tub was so nice! I didn't want to leave. The price is the best we found for the area and I cant say enough good things. And the city of Summersville is gorgeous with so much to do in the area. I already want to go back

Quaint cabin near state park. Sleeps up to four, spacious yard to enjoy, and the hot tub an added bonus. Cabin was clean and accommodating... Definitely recommend!

Very relaxing lots of trails to take and an abundance of animals to look at and enjoy supper nice picnic area to have a romantic picnic or even a family reunion nice softball field and playground for the kid's
