Carnival Party Rentals

Everything was okay, but had some issues in which was brought to the owner's attention. I was told once she got to her office she would contact me. This was almost a year ago and nothing. I had a package and certain things were missing. Machine didn't work and the delivery man missed informed me about the mickey and minnie time. Other then that the party was a success. My son and neice had a ball. Hopefully they will give me a discount on my next party or something.

I ordered tents, tables, chairs and Minnie Mouse character. Everything arrived on time however..the tents had holes...Minnie was as described and when I reached back out regarding my issuses I was told "Ill deal with it in the morning" never received a call back. After several calls and no resultion the woman began to get unprofessional. This was over a year ago and im still pissed!!

They did my little brother birthday party he loved it we had a moon bounce and the game truck I've been using them for the past three years and I appreciate their service

Did my daughter 1st party everything was perfect even helped me out when I didn't have everything, coming back for my daughter 6th birthday party
