Carolina Asthma And Allergy Center

I love the friendly staff!!! I only go for allergy shots and at times the wait is extra long- that's why I gave 4 stars.

Only 1 star because none isn't an option. My daughter (1yr old) has had a horrible rash since JUNE! Her pediatrician referred me first to Carolina Asthma and Allergy who are obviously incompetent, they do the scratch test, while I am having to hold her while she screams bloody murder all for them to tell me that it is NOT an allergic reaction. They tell me to take her to a dermatologist. I take her and their 1st diagnosis was Eczema while i knew better! She continues to get worse. Now this whole time she is in misery due to this itchy inflammed rash covering her entire body and face. I take her back to the dermatologist and they tell me Ringworm and give me a cream and wash. Well its still getting worse! I take her back for the 3rd time and they do a biopsy. Which was the most horrible experience to put my daughter through, to the point I got physically nauseous. The dermatologist just called all to tell me her Biopsy results show that is in fact an allergic reaction! So now I am back to square one after all these invasive tests all while my child is still suffering!

We waited an hour and was 15 minutes early for appointment. Terrible experience. Go to a more professional environment.

I'd like to be able to rate 0 stars. After multiple visits with VERY slow waits today was the last straw, over a 2 hour wait beyond the appointment time to see the Dr. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, our family will take our business elsewhere.

Pleasant front desk, nurses are professional. Just started getting my injections here. Thank you for your kindness.
