We recently moved into the Charlotte area and opened a new office. I reached out to Phil and he immediately made me feel comfortable with his company and the process to get what I needed. They delivered a great device and assisted with the initial set up and configuration and post set up has been fantastic. They put my mind at ease, especially since I am based out of Columbus, OH. When running an office with a lap top, printer and one employee - there is little room or time for things to break. When the printer gobbled up a sheet of labels, a call to Carolina Business Technologies saved the day. A new printer was brought out the next morning, everything was set up for me and I was back in business within the hour. Customer Service at it's best!

Our experience at The Male Leadership Academy of Charlotte has been nothing short of amazing. We had an unexpected break down of a copier. How copier is an essential part of our operations! I called a few companies and the prices did not meet our budget need. I called CBT and the next day they were setting us up with our copier. Anytime we have needed any assistances they were there quickly! We at The Male Leadership Academy of Charlotte are very grateful for the professionalism, services and kindness of the CBT staff!
