I am super happy to have worked with Angela Jenkin for our property purchases and would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a property in Charlotte area. I am from west coast and wanted to buy a place in NC for retirement. We found Carolina Buyer's Agent through Google and even in our first meeting through video chat I had good feeling about Angela. She was always on top of things and was very accommodating to my schedule. I wanted to see the place before making any bids and Angela patiently waited for my trip out to NC. I eventually worked with Angela to complete 2 land purchases and walked away from 1 home. She was always responsive to my communications and help us through the whole process from land survey to home inspections to recommending attorneys for closing. For the home I walked away from we ordered every inspections known to me and than some. Angela was there every step of the way from arrange the inspections to meet up with the inspectors in my stead and communicate any issues found during the inspections. After we decided the home was not for us Angela did not pressure us to complete the deal when we were days away from closing. Angela helped my wife and I to realize our dream with integrity we would be happy to work with her again and you should too.

As you know, it was a crazy time in the market and she must’ve looked up info on at least 5-6 existing homes and 3-4 new construction subdivisions, but she found the perfect location and floor plan for our new construction home. She did an excellent job communicating with the builder and site agent, lawyer, and lender, and checked the numbers for us on all the loan documents. This was so helpful to us, since we were busy moving my Mom and our boys off to school and work. She was instrumental in nudging the builder to complete the construction by early July so our son could start his new job in Charlotte and not have to stay in a hotel. We have worked with these realtors twice. Both times were amazing experiences. With our first purchase, Julie helped negotiate the price down 8k by convincing the appraiser to update her comps. Second time was a complex purchase in a bad market for buyers, and Angela worked tirelessly to make sure the electrical issues were fixed and the home was in good condition. We literally could not have done it without her. We also had the privilege of working with the realtor they refer you to for home sales-- so it's not like you can only purchase a home with them. Selling is also turn key. Not only did he give us lower points on the sale because we were Carolina Buyers customers, but he also was fast, efficient, and easy to work with. No surprises, no bumps. All told, I will never buy a house inside the Charlotte area without their help. Having worked with other realtors, nothing compares. Still dealing with problems caused by a less experienced realtor with taxes on investment property. These women never quit working. I think they dream real estate. I recommend them to everyone who even mentions buying a house.
