Dr Cyzner was super great! He was friendly, professional and put me at ease in a less than ideal situation using some light humor. The front desk staff was super courteous and polite. The other staff was okay. The wait was about average. The parking lot was awful! It was overly full due to the parking lot being shared with an ER. I had to park across the street in another doctor's office's parking lot. This is why I deducted a star. It took me 15 minutes of looking for a parking spot, luckily I was early.

I receive great care at CDHA. Just had my first visit with Chris Christensen but I really liked her. She went over things with me in detail and relieved some of my anxiety. I have always been very pleased with the care I receive there... Dr. Narang is amazing and so is Amber Troxell. Highly recommend them!

From the time I entered the office, my experience was a positive one. I was greeted by Cee-Cee who is the administrative assistant, and was extremely pleasant and professional. Following my initial registration, I met with Dr. Cyzner's nurse Nickki who was equally kind and professional. When Dr. Cyzner came in , I he presented a relaxed vibe, which made it easy to communicate my concerns. He was very intentional about understanding why I was there to see him. His questions and review of my medical records were thorough, and lead him to order a comprehensive workup to get a definitive answer as to the cause of my often severe abdominal pain. In the past, medical professionals minimized my complaints, or diagnosed me incorrectly, as evidenced by the return of my issue. I am pleased to say that Dr. Cyzner got it right, and I have begun treatment for EPI. I highly recommend Dr. Cyzner and the team in Carolinas Digestive in Pineville. Also, one of my litmus tests is to see how quickly does one respond to a call or message left when they are unavailable. I am pleased to say that they got back to me rather quickly.

Dr. Cyzner is very down to earth which I love. I don’t have a problem talking to him about my IBS-C. It used to embarrass me but with his help I am more accepting of my condition. Thank you Dr. Cyzner!

The doctor that I saw rarely made eye contact with me, didn't dicuss any treatments, and rushed through appointments. After an endoscopy, all my appointments were made with his assistant. They both gave me different information about my prescribed medications & doctor referrals.

Each visit I have had with Carolina Digestive Health from seeing Dr. Cyzner, his PA and his receptionist have been excellent. All have been very helpful and understanding to my healthcare needs.

Very poor transparency with costs. Did not receive information in advance about the final cost after insurance as other medical facilities do. In addition to that, I received a close to a 1K bill as a complete surprise over half a year later. I never received any statements notifying me it was pending/awaiting my insurance payment also as other medical facilities do. Unfortunately I also did not feel my medical concerns were taken seriously.

The staff and doctors here are amazing. Sierra Gore was SO helpful to me. I called her several times asking questions about scheduling a relative of mine who lives on the west coast, for a colonoscopy while he was visiting. something he never would have had done! Since I am at high risk for cancer, he had a 50/50 chance of also being high risk so he needed to get in. Thanks to Sierra he was able to see Dr. Narang who is wonderful and all is well and our minds are at ease. Thank you to the Carolina Digestive team for doing a fabulous job! It is much appreciated!
