Originally I took a lawnmower in to be serviced and an edger/trimmer to be repaired. After a week, neither had been touched so I brought my lawnmower back home with the intent to take it back, but since he said it would take a long time and it was running, I decided not to take it back. I have to forfeit the deposit since I'm not getting the lawnmower repaired.
I would recommend going to Lillington Small Engine Repair. I took my pressure washer there and regret not taking the lawnmower and edger there as well. They are great and repaired my pressure washer before the estimated time. The extra drive is well worth the great service. They will be my default small engine repair now.

Do not use this place. Brought lawnmower back in worse shape than it was when I took it in. And the guy up front that owns it, I think, should not be working customer service.

First of all, there's not many of these guys left to service small engines. Second, I read all of the reviews. Lastly, they were the closest shop to my house.
I went to Carolina Outdoor Power Products (COPP) initially to buy parts for a power washer I attempted to repair myself. I talked to the owner who told me what my problem was but I thought I knew better and bought the part. After another hour of trying to fix the problem, I gave up and took it to COPP for repair.
Talking again with the owner, he told me it would take a couple of days. As promised, I got the machine back fully serviced and functional for less than I expected to pay. Took it home and started right away.
I could not be happier with the service provided and the owner very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend and or return if needed.

What a useless, rude, POS this guy is. It's almost like he goes out of his way to not help you.

The attitude of the owner is that he knows it all and he is happy if he has to send you home to get more info for parts. I went to Arvins in Garner and had the total opposite experience. After multiple bad experiences with customer service I will never be back. Its worth the drive to garner!
