Justin, the owner is excellent and does great work! The business he subcontracts work out to for furniture painting is horrible! A Touch of Gray Redesign who he subs out furniture painting is the most unprofessional business and will ruin your furniture. If Justin is going to reupholster your furniture you will be happy as he’s super professional and talented at what he does. Do not let your furniture be sent to Touch of Gray Redesign as they are amateurs! They don’t have a business listing anywhere except Facebook and a an old Etsy account which speaks volumes!
The owner did an amazing job on my dining room chairs! He even made a suggestion that saved me considerable money which was very appreciated! Turnaround service was fast and my chairs look like new. Pricing was fair, process was simple and easy, and customer service/experience was great. Was my first time using this type of upholstery service and I’m happy I gave them a try. I’m very discerning, never give 5 stars but I would highly recommend them to others and will be using them again for sure!
Justin and his team were so quick to fix our chair. The price was very reasonable. I will bring all of my upholstery work here.
Justin is Amazing and super helpful. Its my first time getting furniture upholstered and he has made the process east so far. Ive only given 4 stars because we havent picked the fabric or gotten the work done yet. Once its done I will update this review
My family and I have used their services for many years. Justin, the owner, always is willing to help with the smallest project regardless of price. His pricing is always fair and he and his staff do beautiful upholstery work. It's also a beautiful drive to visit his shop sine he's located on Flowers Store Road. And a BIG PLUS:. Justin will drive his truck to your home and pick up the furniture if it's not too far from his shop. Now THAT'S service!

I wish i had come here. I had a chair reupholstered and it could've used something to make it more comfortable. Maybe better springs? More batting? It's ok but, sigh, it could be better
