My dog Patch loves coming to Carolinas Veterinary Medical Hospital! The doctors and staff are so caring and compassionate. Dr. Watson and Dr. DelFavero always provide the best treatments and stay up to date on all the latest technology and medications to keep him happy and healthy at 12 years old!

Very friendly staff, made me feel like family

The doctors and staff are by far the best in the business!  The care and compassion that our 3 dogs receive at CVMH means the world to us. We trust Dr. DelFavero and Dr. Watson 100%, they always provide the best medical care for our sweet pups.  WE LOVE CVMH, thank you for all you do!!

Due to covid you have to wait in your car. Let them know when you get there by calling them. They are not slow and not fast either. Everyone is nice.

They always look out for my fur babies in a loving way 

We use Carolina's Vet for our dog Auzzie.  They take great care of him. When he is boarded, he forgets about us and runs straight in. Thanks!

Dr. Watson and his entire staff is just amazing. We have two dogs and wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else.
