We made an appointment and the people came and the worker was nice but the boss gave him the wrong material and started fighting with his worker on the phone. Then he said that he wanted to charge us more than the regular price. Don't buy from this store.

Very Poor Service. After going in to schedule and discuss in person, an appointment was made to check the area from 10-12pm. I waited the entire time and they never showed up. Yes indeed, their carpets look really durable and are for a good price, but the customer service, especially, to me being a person of color was very poor. The gentleman seemed unconcerned and didn’t take my approach seriously. I regret taking his business seriously.

Reasonably priced merchandise, good selection to chose from. Customer service is not good at all. The estimator that came to my home was rude. He was extremely disrespectful and untruthful. Instead of admitting to the things we discussed, he called me a liar and never apologized for his own mistake. He was very belligerent. Customer service is important to me wherever I’m spending my money, so I’m very disappointed with my experience dealing with the estimator, as my family has been using the company for years. The installers were very nice guys.

We went in picked out our carpet and made an appointment. The day of the appointment we call to confirm. At first they said they don’t see the appointment but then said they will be there at 11. Then they called at 10 to say 10:30. At 10:30 the guy calls to say they are not coming because we are on a 5th floor walk-up and he’s not “putting his guys through that” and hung up the phone on my husband. First of all, that’s NOT how you do business. Second, he’s installed carpets twice for us in the same exact 5th floor walk up. What’s the problem now?

the old guy working upfront is very rude. I need glue for an existing job and he threw the gallon of paint toward me and then walked away. note that he was rude to my father aswell. I will never do business with them EVER again.
