We had an excellent experience here. We dealt with Dylan Bell at the store, and he did a good job helping us pick out what we wanted and taking the time to get it right. Then the installers came out when they were supposed to and did a quick and very good job with the installation, leaving the place as they found it.

I haven't used them yet, but did go in and ask about a small installation. Their price was over twice what I was quoted by Home Depot and another major carpet dealer. I probably won't be using them since I can go elsewhere and get a more expensive carpet with a less expensive installation.

They have a stuffed bear in here along with awesome deals on carpet and rugs!! We got a rug here and also got to see some amazing taxidermied animals!!!

I called to ask about pricing for installation. The guy who answered the phone was very rude. He didn’t even give me an estimate. He kept saying “it depends” I know it can’t be that unusual for the public to call and ask for pricing. You should have an answer for potential customers when they call even it’s just a “ ballpark figure” I just brought a home and I’m doing some major upgrading. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went into the store shopping for a area rug at 4:30 p.m and the store closes at 5. A store employee walked over and stated they were about to close and was extremely rude.
