What a beautiful job. Carpet Mill Store had good quality carpeting for our bedroom project and the installers did a nice, trim job of the installation. We need more carpets soon and I would not hesitate to get them from these folks.

Great fast install of carpet. Installers were very professional and nice. At first the carpet was cut too short. But the install crew went back to get the right size no issues! They were back in 30 min.

Bruce was rude to me and him and the instsller talked behind my back. He said I cried to the installer everyday. Each time the installer came he told me he did mot want to do this job. I had 2 rooms done. Bruce measured but sent the wrong lenght of flooring blaming it on me. I have my email that it was his mistske not mine. When I said I had bubbles under the vinyl Martin said it was my floor,when I told Bruce he said"so your. Calling Martin a liar, I don't appreciate when businesses don't respect their customer. Customers are how they make their living. If I knew he was talking about me I never would have tipped him. If you don't want to be appreciated as a paying customer then buy from them if you do go elsewhere. I still have bubbles under my vinyl but I guess they don't stand by their work.

The have helped me make decisions about carpeting and sheet vinyl, and I highly recommend them, halfway through the process of carpeting 2 rooms. Looking forward to the rest of the job, which will be sheet vinyl installation in three rooms and a hallway A+

The worker I encountered is wildly unprofessional. He was blasting music so loud that I couldn't hear myself thinking one apartment over. According to another person, you could even hear him one floor up. So talk about a nightmare carpet installation if you happen to be the unfortunate victim living nearby
