Carpet Source

Unfortunately, our experience with this company was not pleasant. We did start off really liking this company. Dillion came to our house within days of us calling for an appointment and did an excellent job helping us pick flooring for our house. We especially appreciated his guidance on the color and type of flooring, and it was such an easy process having samples to look at our house and with our own furniture and decor. We signed the contract and appreciated how quickly the company moved to order the flooring and set an appointment. The floor is beautiful, we have no complaints on the product. Now for the bad, the installers were unprofessional in their treatment of our furniture and home. As seen from the attached photos, they carried the baseboards out of the home and dented the paint on the walls, high up almost to the ceiling when turning the corner. We had just had our house freshly painted a year before the install. As to the baseboards, the installers did not re-attach them well. We had to have them come back to re-attach some that popped off, and it almost seems like the installer was angry about the situation and sloppily went nuts with his staple gun, chipping the wood off of the baseboard. In fact, two of our baseboards were broken in the process. Our home is almost 20 years old so the baseboards are not perfect, but we certainly did not have numerous wood chips. To date, we have one more baseboard that just came off but I'm not calling to have that fixed because I do not want them near the baseboards again. The closet guides popped off two times, even after we let them rest untouched for 6+ hours. The last time I called in November to see if we could come up with a solution I was told they were really busy and would see what they could do to get a guy out to our home but never got a call back. The time before that when they did send somebody out to our house to attempt to fix the problem, we had two no show appointments from them and I had scheduled to have my pets and small children out of the house for that day and took the day off of work so that I could meet the installers and didn't need to worry about the closet guides getting moved by the kids while they dried. I did not appreciate being told twice somebody would come and nobody showed up. They did apologize and indicate the installer was terminated, but allowing somebody like that to work in our home in the first place is unprofessional. Since this whole process our closet guides are still not fixed, we have to refinish some baseboards, and purchase and fix paint. To top it off, we had bought new furniture a few months before the flooring and the installers scratched up numerous pieces in clumsily moving the furniture. I have had a family member and friend visit our home and comment on how much they loved our floors but I refused to recommend this company to them knowing what we went through. There is better customer service out there for the price we paid.

Carpet source just completed replacing tile and carpet in my home with luxury vinyl plank flooring and installed new baseboards. it took a while to get the product in not their fault, everything is on backorder, but through the process, they were great at communicating and rescheduling. Epie and Dillion were easy to work with. very accommodating and knowledgeable. and Andrew and his crew did an amazing job on the install. very professional, on time and really exceptional at their craft. I would highly recommend carpet source and we will be calling them again when it's time to update the bedrooms! thank you!

Don Lovato, Owner, is a friendly, personal guy who knows his business! It was terrific having Don come to the house to show carpet samples and talk about the install. Jason came today and did a stellar job installing and cleaning up. We chose a patterned carpet for the guest room and dressing area. The finished product is lovely and makes the rooms look high class. Don was referred by a friend and we would like to refer him to you if you are reading this review. We recently had tile floors installed in 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom closet and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome! Dillon met with us for an initial consultation and was extremely patient while we looked at a number of alternatives that would best meet our needs, preferences and budget. He met with us in our home with different samples and also at the tile supplier where we eventually dialed-in our final choice. We were able to find something that fit our planned budget and desired look. We then coordinated an install date with Eppie and he was very polite and accommodating. Jason, our installer, is a true craftsman and did an amazing job throughout what was an extensive process. His attention to detail was awesome and he did all he could to keep the worksite as clean as possible throughout the install. Thank you, Jason! I got a quote from the big box home improvement store had to pay for quote and was unamused. $$$ I checked with friends on FB and like 5 people recommended Carpet Source so I messaged them. I got a rough quote in a day, a visit from Don with official free quote a couple days later the quote was nearly half as much for a better carpet and I paid in full on the spot. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the whole team. Someone clearly put some careful thought into streamlined business processes. I never got asked the same question twice and the whole team was obviously communicating effectively. Most importantly, the carpet was installed a month earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation again, great communication and the bedroom looks like a completely different place! Don and the installer even recommended some home improvements to help protect the carpet. This was easier than I thought it would be by a long shot, much less expensive than I anticipated, and generally pleasant. The product is great, but the experience is often just as important!

We had Carpet Source carpet 3 bedrooms and a walkin closet. Don was timely, helpful, and professional. He had a very good selection of carpet colors and styles and gave us excellent advice on which to choose. He quickly and accurately measured the rooms, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. His installation team was on time, efficient and friendly. The carpet looks absolutely great, and we will definitely use Carpet Source again in the future. Thanks!

We had our home re-carpeted this week by Carpet Source, and we could not be happier. Don, the owner, came to our house to measure, give us an estimate, and offer suggestions. We were able to schedule the installation to meet our schedule. The two installers, David and Gabriel, came at the appointed time, calling ahead to tell us they were on their way. They were both very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and were a joy to be around. We highly recommend this company.

From sales to installation, it was a positive experience. We needed tile installed quickly to move in our furniture, and Carpet Source made sure to make it happen. We purchased a more luxurious grade of carpet for a large home, and found the pricing competitive. The install with Alex and his team was excellent. We would highly recommend Carpet Source.

Dillon was very easy to work with on color and brand selection. Gabriel, and Dave did an excellent installation job from what I can tell and I am very pleased at this point. We had numerous re-schedules due to delays on our home renovation, however, Carpet Source was very accomodating and easy to work with.
