They showed up on scheduled date.  Installed the flooring.  One small area we wanted fixed.  They came back and fixed it.  One of easiest dealings with home renovations.  Highly recommended!

Hours are til 8 pm on Friday.  Drive all the way there,  get there at 7:20 pm, open flag hanging outside,  open sign blinking in the front window,  but alas locked up tighter than a drum! That great for business! Unfortunately Martinsburg doesn't have any other stores for carpet selection.

Unprofessional. Failed to follow simple instructions to NOT make hardwood cuts inside my house and failed to use the same grade/thickness carpet pad in a small area of a larger carpeted room that was damaged by water (CarpetWotld of Martinsburg was part of the team hired for insurance related flooring repairs). It also took them nearly 3 months (yes...months) to finish installing about 500 swift of hardwood flooring. I can say NOTHING positive about my experience with this company.
