Allen and his team restretched and cleaned carpet that I was sure would have to be replaced! Five months later a friend asked how I keep my carpets so clean!

Today, CarpetCare Craftsman restored my faith in the carpet cleaning industry! The team of Allen, Demetrius and Shawn ( hope I have the spelling correct) demonstrated professionalism, excellent customer service and superior carpet care services. I was extremely satisfied with the job Demetrius and Shawn did in cleaning my carpets and the job Allen did in removing two large wrinkles in my basement hallway carpet. In fact, I had paid two other carpet cleaning companies to fix these wrinkles and to my disappointment my money was wasted. Each had said "Yes we can fix that, no problem!" Well, turns out there was a problem. They each left saying "When the carpet dries the wrinkles will go away". Well, my money and trust went away, the wrinkles did not. Thank you CarpetCare Craftsman! I will use you again in the future and will not hesitate to recommend you to others.

We have only asked CarpetCare Craftsman to clean our home's carpets since 2001 after a family member spilled stain varnish on our newly installed carpets. Allen came to our home and repaired the damage which was so beautifully done and the workmanship so awesome nobody could tell there was damage! CarpetCare Craftsman folks have amazing customer service and do such quality work from cleaning, stretching, repairing the carpets and more! I highly recommend using them.

I was simply amazed with the quality of work Allen and his team did with the carpet stains in my newly purchased home - it looks brand new!

Enjoyed my first time experience with Carpet Care Craftsman. The technicians were presentable and professional. Explained the process and did an excellent job even fixed a carpet that was stretching at the doorway, looks new again. Alan and his team are top notch!
