Great experience! I needed the carpet replaced in my two extra bedroom. Installer arrived on time and did a great job! The selected color matched beautifully and I couldn’t be happier.

They have a very large selection of attractive carpet and other flooring. We quickly selected a carpet and installation date. Our installer, Victor, was pleasant and professional. He did an excellent job. We are 100% pleased with our experience with Carpets Galore and recommend them to anyone in the market for flooring.

By far the the best of the three companies I contacted for an estimate. Steven was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Carpet installed in two bedrooms by Chris and he did a great job. Fair price and I would recommend.

Had two horrible experiences with this company. Went through two sets of contractors and they all did not follow through thoroughly. Half done projects, kept leaving early, made excuses for everything. Damaged baseboards and took a year and a half to fix upstairs crack in hallway. Contractors would no show multiple times. One of the two projects was supposed to be done in 3 days and took 2 weeks since contractors would keep leaving when project wasn't done and go do other jobs. Dealing with the owner was also frustrating. Would tell me he was going to come to our house and make sure the project would get done in time and he no showed as well. Received a small compensation for the troubles a month and half later but it's nothing compared to what we spent on the two projects through them. As a military family we are on a budget like everyone else and feel like our money was wasted with the shotty work from the first set of contractors and dealing with careless contractors with the second project with baseboards and carpet installation, also leaving my house a disaster for 2 weeks because they did not finish on time. I cannot recommend Costco or Carpets Galore after multiple no shows and bad workmanship.

Used carpets galore to get our floors switching from tile to LVP. We were connected to them through Costco. We’re very happy with them. Very professional from working with Chris to demo and installation. The work was completed in 3 days. We’re very happy with our new floors.

The installers were on time; very professional; worked lock step; moved furniture; cleaned up behind themselves; were fast and proficient. Most satisfied with Carpet Galore staff and installers and would highly recommend using this company.

We needed new carpet in our rental condo as soon as possible and at a good price. We wanted to use a local merchant who had been in business for many years. After visiting many other carpet stores including the major hardware retailers, we were told to visit Carpets Galore. Upon entering the store, Oscar offered to help. He showed me samples of carpet that he could install right way and agreed to come out to the unit that evening to measure and give us an exact price due to our timeframe urgency. We liked the price and trusted Oscar. We went with a carpet we liked that he had in stock, an 8 oz pad with a moisture barrier and had it installed 2 days later. The installer was on time, clean and did a great job. We highly recommend Oscar and Carpets Galore and will be using them again in the future. Thanks again Oscar!

Greg and Oscar took care of me on a very short notice after Lowe's messed up my carpet order, they sent Omar and Jose out and they did a phenomenal job putting my carpet in, I couldn't be any happier with their work
