In the search for someone to replace the carpet on our stairs, everyone told us you have to pick someone who knows how to carpet stairs, not just someone who can do carpet. They were so right! Josh listened to what my wants were, offered quality suggestions, and brought samples to the house that matched exactly what I wanted at a great price. When it came to the installation, communication was excellent from beginning to end. Jose did an amazing job on the install and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Great experience! Elizabeth helped us through the carpet selection experience. Our install was part of a larger remodel effort with a particular schedule, and Elizabeth was great at coupling what we wanted with lead times and inventory. Luis did a fantastic job on our install and advised us about some high and low spots in the new addition concrete, which he took care of. Perfect seams, no ripples, very smooth! We had to reschedule the install twice due to slips with the larger remodel effort, and Carpets of Arizona was very accommodating. Thanks!

We did NOT have the installation experience we were hoping for. Our installers were rude and unprofessional, not to mention weren't happy about fixing two problems we brought to their attention. They threw literally carpets from the second floor to the first floor almost hitting my chandelier and stuck pieces of padding together that weren't cut correctly and this was before anything was flagged and brought to their attention. We we told, "we can't do a perfect job" when we asked if two areas could be fixed. We have had work done in our home before and never dealt with such an unprofessional group, nor a vendor telling us such a thing. They screamed in their native language the entire time scaring our dog, walked on the new carpets with their dirty sneakers, and to top it off went roaming into rooms of our home not getting work done unannounced. We couldn't wait for the job to be done and for these people to be out of our home. We even moved our entire living room furniture so they could be done. Carpets of AZ gave us a lot of confidence and assurances that they have great installers. Well, that wasn't out experience and not what we were anticipating for the price paid. We were utterly disgusted and would never use AZ Carpets again or recommend due to this experience. ***UPDATE: We were able to work through Carpets of Arizona’s Project Manager Abel and his team of professionals to successfully rectify some issues related to the carpet install itself. We were pleased with the end result and appreciated Abel listening to our concerns and going the extra mile to rectify and ensure our satisfaction.

We had the absolute BEST experience with Josh! He was so kind and patient through the process of choosing our carpet and then we we didn’t like the carpet we chose, they made the process so easy. The installers were also amazing- very professional, understanding and helpful. The whole store was incredible too. Not many companies would handle this type of situation not liking the carpet WE chose so needed to swap for new the way they did. I will recommend them to everyone and anyone I know!! Top notch customer service!

The whole team was great. Everyone I talked to was amazing and very nice. Grant was the main person I worked with through the process and he did an amazing job and was very understanding of our requests and was very easy to work with. For the install I had Juan take care of me. He was quick, effective, and left my carpets looking and feeling amazing. And the price was very good for what I got. I highly recommend Carpets of Arizona!

We were long overdue for new carpet in our home and Cheryl made life incredibly easy from the moment we stepped in the store. She listened to our needs and her experience and knowledge helped guide us to carpet that we absolutely LOVE. In addition, she was sweet and wonderful towards our young children while we were exploring carpet options in the store. The install by Kevin and his team was flawless. They were clean, polite, and respectful. They worked efficiently while making sure everything was perfect. To top it all off, we felt like we got an incredible deal on high quality carpet! We highly recommend Carpets of Arizona for any carpet or flooring project.

We went into Carpets of AZ looking for an idea of new flooring. Met Noah he's a great salesperson. Very knowledgeable and friendly! He showed us several different styles of flooring and we ended up picking a new carpet for our family room. Then he came to our house with samples, we even picked out a different one from what I thought I wanted when we were in the store. Changed to a different color also! Carpet came in quicker then we were told, so it was installed earlier then originally expected. My husband and I were very happy with our installer Jesus. He was very polite, did an amazing job installing the new carpet. Carpets of AZ should do everything they can to hold onto Noah, he is amazing, when I'm ready to get my bedrooms done Noah will be my first call!! 5 * all the way!!!

Five years ago I searched for the best company in Arizona to do my floors and I chose Carpets of Arizona. I have been thrilled with the floors. Last month I contacted them to tile 2 of my bedrooms. Once again, the specialist, Jesse, was wonderfully informative, open and kind. The quote outshines the competitors. The installation was hassle free and the results ... AWESOME. I highly recommend these good people!

Carpets of Arizona was fantastic from start to finish! Elizabeth came out to my home to give me a quote, and brought samples that were exactly what I was looking for! In less than a week, Luis was out to install. He was friendly, worked around us since we work from home, finished the job in one day. We are so happy with the service and carpets! Highly recommend!

Carpets of AZ was great to work with for our new LVT flooring. Josh brought a bunch of samples to choose from and took the time to explain the differences. When our first choice ended up being on back order, he brought his whole box of samples back and gave us plenty of time to choose a new one- which we ended up liking even more than the first! Jenn in scheduling was very accommodating as we had to reschedule several times due to issues outside of our control. Once installation day finally came, Luis and his crew did an outstanding job! We love our new flooring!
