Went into the store and ordered parts over 3 weeks ago... Was told I'd get a call when they were in (approx time given was 10-14 days). I called to see if there was a backorder on my parts and maybe get an update. They thad no idea about my order, had no record of it. The girl on the phone was completely clueless and couldn't look up my order or even help me reorder the part they somehow forgot about...
