The office setting has been updated. The staff such as Barbara is so pleasant and nice along with Vanessa at the front desk. The are very professional and pleasant. Dr. Rosen is easy to talk too and have a pleasant personality as well. The staff surly lessen you anxiousness coming to the dentist.

It's been a while since I've been here but today was my most recent appointment. I had a noon appointment and was finished by 1pm. Everyone in the office exhudes professionalism. They are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Well informed as well as take time to listen and respond to my questions. So happy to return to this great establishment!!

The waiting area is small,, but there's air purifier to clean the air. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The hygienist made me feel very comfortable after realizing that I was nervous. I would recommend this office based on my experience.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had! They fitted me for a nightguard that I paid in FULL same day. They made 4 appointments with me after to pick up and cancelled each appointment day before or day of. They finally scheduled with me again, I show up waited over an hour, they take me into the office and start to fit me again. I explained I was picking it up and this step had already been taken. I asked for a full refund and was told the dentist would call me. Not a single call, I however have followed up for weeks with no return call. Not only did they waste hours of my time but now do not even have the courtesy to return my call or refund my money. I am contacting a lawyer and will be sure they respond. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, they are the worst!!

An excellent dental experience. The staff is professional and friendly, and they take time to explain things and give you choices. Clara, the technical assistant and Tamika, the hygienist, are standard-setting with their thoroughness and kindness and gentle touch. Dr. Rosen’s entire practice is top-ranking!

Staff were very friendly and nice. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Very clean and helpful when provided information on my concerns. Also, the doctor did a fantastic job with cleaning my teeth. Will be back again!

If you are looking for a local dentist, avoid this office. We booked an appointment for our son by telephone, a week in advance. Three days prior to the appointment, the office confirmed our date and time via text message. We replied to the text confirming the appointment. When we arrived at the confirmed date and time up, the front desk told us our appointment wasn’t happening. We hadn’t received any further text messages letting us know the appointment would be canceled. The staff was rude and impatient and refused to offer any help in rescheduling. Going elsewhere for a pediatric dentist.

I’d be weary of this office. I went in for an emergency visit, one of my teeth were aching and bleeding… When they did my X-ray the technician knocked on the wall and signified someone in the hallway the number 2 using her fingers. So strange The doctor said my wisdom teeth had to be removed & hopefully that would relieve the ache of the other tooth. I wasn’t even complaining about my wisdom teeth, very strange. This was on Monday I had gotten my left side removed in the past so I was aware of what the experience would be like. The day of my procedure Friday the receptionist said my insurance was still pending, which didn’t make any sense. Sure enough I get on the phone with my insurance and there was a lot of missing info from the claim, they also didn’t mark it down as an emergency extraction. I was able to get a pre-authorization. When I met with their surgeon, he wanted to charge me a bit over 3,000$ to use his new technique which involved removing my blood and reinserting it as a clot to fill the hole the wisdom teeth would leave. Sounds ridiculous doesn’t it? The only other option they gave me was to leave it open, which would pose the risk of infection. All of it was very alarming to me personally, the receptionist said I’d have to pay for medication out of pocket, not some new process that was created. If I had knew they would try to get me to pay a bit over 3,000$ I would’ve went else where. They then tried to discourage me by saying “everywhere” does this now and none of the insurance companies cover it however it is FDA approved… Spare me the BS. I mean, thankfully I’m aware that there’s another way to go about getting wisdom teeth extracted but I’d hate for this to happen to someone else. I’m honestly thrilled to get my teeth checked out elsewhere because they sound like knowledgeable dentist with some awful secret intentions. Be safe!

The staff made my entire experience fantastic. It was easy to call in and get an appointment, everyone was extremely friendly, and I felt the care I received was top-notch. I'm so happy I found this local practice!

Dr khaloo was fantastic. Great communicator, very straight forward. Staff is friendly too! I had a cleaning originally and then a crown done. I’m very happy with the work!
