WONDERFUL! I took several pieces of jewelry and watches for repairs and batteries. Actually, Carroll's Jewelry made the bracelet some decades ago that I took to have the latch repaired. The latch/clasp was on back order so, I had to wait. The watches were ready in a timely manner and looked great. The ring that my brother made for me was spiffed up so nicely and cleaned that I was deeply impressed. Everything was very nicely done and polished. Diamonds replaced and the gold cleaned up. GREAT JOB! Very nice people doing really good work. Thanks.

Went to purchase an expensive gold thin necklace. The girl I encountered was trying to unravel a knot in it. A man came out from the back. I explicitly told him I'd be interested in purchasing the same type but brand new. He agreed. When I went back, he tried selling me the knotted necklace and said it would be fine. Not the service I expected. Sorry Cute girls that work out front, but unknowledgeable about Jewelry and always have to go and get the Man behind the curtain. Kinda weird!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Carroll Jewelry Co! They worked on my dad's Rolex, and I knew it was in great hands! They completed the job in a timely manner, and it was a very reasonable price! If you have any jewelry or watches that need repair, you need to go to them!

Carroll is the only jeweler in Hattiesburg I trust with my needs. They repaired a family heirloom watch and helped me through choosing and purchasing an engagement ring for my fiancé. I knew that such important items were in good hands. My fiancé and I will be purchasing our wedding bands there soon, and we know they'll be great. Even though I no longer live in Hattiesburg, the trip is worth it for the quality.
