Our experience was terrible. Confusion from day one because the staff turnover was all the time. Nobody giving the next person the correct information. The day of.. they only brought out one pan of appetizers for 138 guests. Half of my guests didn’t see one meatball. The food was cold, an hour late and they forgot the rolls.. the gravy and broccoli salad. I had to ask 4 times for them to serve my head table. My last table didn’t eat. They were told it was gone. The staff said the food was left out all day and night. Not covered. The staff was 4 teenage girls who were upset and overwhelmed. It was embarrassing. The owner has been arrogant and not taking responsibility for any of this.

First, thanks to Tim Carson owner for everything prior to and on the day of. Beulah also helped us with many MANY emailed questions during the lead up, so thanks to her as well. They were an awesome caterer and we got many compliments on the food. Some quick shoutouts/suggestions to future clients - THE FETA MAC N CHEESE IS INCREDIBLE. We literally asked the waitstaff to bring a full plate of it to share up to our sweetheart table. Their fried chicken, mashed potatoes, spare ribs, and Philly cheesesteak sliders were also big hits. We selected buffet "Stations" and were so happy with that choice. We also had the sliders for our cocktail hour appetizer and people loved them. Wonderful job all around by everyone involved with this company! They have a cool "Cheers"-esque bar in Scottdale, too!

Carson's catered my daughter's wedding at Sanaview Farms on 7-2-22. I can't say enough great things about our experience. They worked with us to make sure that everything was set up perfectly and resolved any small issue immediately. The food was delicious and we had plenty for our guests. Tommy was the go to person and communicated with me on everything. He was very personable and professional. Thank you Carson's for being a part of a perfect day!

Carson’s catered my wedding at Yinzer Valley Farms. They did an incredible job. The food was absolutely outstanding, our guests raved about it. The staff was incredible. Tommy my wedding coordinator provided by Carson’s was quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the event and super friendly. They did a great job with our cookie display and getting everything prepped and ready. They were even able to throw in last minute linens I needed for tables. My only complaint is it took a little while for us to get our balance from them when getting our final count done. Other than that I was beyond pleased with what they did for us. They also provided a shuttle driver for us for the guests to and from the hotel who went above and beyond to take us to the casino for an after party with a couple of our guests. I recommend any bride to go with Carson’s for their big day!

Carson's seamlessly managed one of the most important parts of our wedding with the utmost professionalism and kindness! The tasting was incredibly generous and Mr. Carson was sure to answer all of our questions and help us plan our perfect day. They went above and beyond in every aspect of their service by doing a complete setup, managing the food on the buffet table, doing an incredible display of all of our desserts including the Pittsburgh cookie table, and making sure that every guest had an astounding meal. Kait and her team also ensured that my husband and I had everything we needed at the head table all night long! Then they stayed with us long after the event ended to make sure that they had packaged everything for us to take home. The food was the tastiest dinner I had in a while! All of our guests are still talking about how delicious their green beans, sundried tomato feta mac and cheese, roast beef, and stuffed chicken were, as well as the rest of the food! Carson's was very responsive, went above and beyond to meet our every request, and were a source of peace in very stressful wedding planning time. I cannot say enough how important they were to ensuring our wedding day was marvelous inside and out!

Stonehenge Lodge in Acme is managed by Carson’s Catering from Scottdale. Tim Carson and his crew did a wonderful job from start to finish. The food was great and his staff was very helpful. From the time that they arrived until the evening was over, they were focused on making sure our once in a lifetime day went smoothly and will provide great memories forever. Tim and Beulah were easy to work with and again focused on making sure that guests had a great meal and an enjoyable evening. Very accommodating to work with I highly recommend using Stonehenge and Carson’s catering for your next wedding or event!

My husband and I hired Carson's to cater our September 2019 wedding and had a great experience! I don't even live in the same state but was able to schedule one in-person meeting with the manager many months before the wedding date, and everything after that was coordinated via email. The staff person assigned to lead our wedding I think Lauren contacted me a few days before to go over all of the little details, and I truly never had to worry about them again--they really took care of us on the day-of. At the cocktail hour we realized that they had brought the wrong beer selections, but someone immediately ran to the distributor and purchased the correct ones and they were back in time to be served after dinner. The food was also top notch--we got a ton of compliments saying how good it was! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Carson's again!

Recently I hosted a baby shower for my daughter. We decided to use Carson's Catering and have the shower in their Frozen Room. The room was lovely and could hold the number of guests that we needed. We were so happy with how everything turned out. The food was delicious, the staff was attentive and accommodating, and the room was beautiful They had some lighted trees that were there for other events that we were permitted to use. It was a perfect afternoon. Thanks again to everyone at Carson's Catering. I will be calling you again for my next event!

My husband and I love going to the Friday night Seafood buffet at Carson’s!! There is always such a great variety of food options to choose from, and the dessert station is wonderful with the chocolate fountain! My husband is a fan of the made to order pasta station and likes that there are some non-seafood selections available at the buffet too. The crab legs and shrimp are done perfectly, and all the food tastes so fresh! It really is a menu everyone can enjoy! Erica was our waitress during our most recent visit, and she was super pleasant and attentive. Just a great overall experience – Highly Recommend to anyone!
