The honest opinion I got from the tech giving me my estimate today would make me a customer for life. They quoted me $2300 vs. $3700 from Caliber. There was no structural damage, I backed into a corner wall about 3 mph, and it popped the quarter panel out, scratched the bumper, and broke a piece off the tailight still working tho. The tech popped panel in place, straightened a bump in the bumper, and wiped the scratches. I told him I was moving and selling the car, and he said it probably wouldn't be worth it for me to fix it. He said it would be best to just disclose it and negotiate it on my sale price. I'm referring them to my company and our corporate fleet due to his honesty. Best customer service I’ve ever received! They were able to fix my car a lot quicker than originally planed! If you’ve been in an auto accident and need you car repaired this is the place to go.

I have used this CARSTAR twice for repairs on my car and found their service excellent. Firstly, the estimator Mike and the owner Addison are easy to talk to, polite, honest, professional and they listen. They also keep you informed of the progress via text messages or calls. After I picked up my car a few days ago, I realized I was missing my second car key which I believe I must have misplaced it myself. I got a call from them saying they will share the cost for a replacement key. I also found that my car sensor system worked better than before after the car was fixed. They will go beyond the customer’s expectations and their work is excellent. I recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

i was in a accident back towards the end of june, i’m a teenager, this is my first car and my first accident i’ve been in, the car means a lot to me i was basically raised in it and it’s one of the last memories i had of my sister before she passed. so it’s a very important car to me. i was looking all over for a place, and my insurance recommended CarStar. this specific one. and man am i happy they did. mike if you by any chance read this, you weren’t there when i picked up the car, but words will never be able to express how grateful i am for you and i thank you so much for caring so much about me and my car, your such a sweet genuine soul and i’m so happy you were the one to help me with everything and all the patients you had having to call my dad and my boyfriend calling and such because i don’t understand anything about any of this . i genuinely truly appreciate you and i wish you nothing but the best. and for everyone else in there, their so nice, so genuine, it took about 2 months for my car to be done my insurance took forever to give them a response, it wasn’t their fault and nothing ever was and they took the time to explain to me what’s going on in the best way that they could, i never felt like it was a hassle to call, they always picked up, they offered me a rental car when my rental car from my insurance was up, and words again could never express how grateful i am for these people. i cried picking up my car because i knew i had it back and i knew everyone in there that had worked in it put so much effort into it and did everything the best way they could and they did a amazing job. i will be back here and will be recommending this place to anyone who needs it. and if your thinking about coming here, i promise you won’t be disappointed. they put so much love and care into their job, it’s amazing. i’m so happy i went here. again thank you a million times thank you especially you mike.

This is the best car service I ever used; it is the top line and worthy of all the star rating I can give them. This place was recommended to me by a friend. Truly efficient, professional in their trade, knowledge, friendly environment, and experience, honest, trusted, solid service. Very great business and super welcoming staff. Took my car into location on Robin Lane. Mike was very nice and great to work with. Very happy with end result. If I ever have to do this again I will definitely ask for Mike!!

This review refers only to the CarStar garage on North 19th Avenue, Phx. In my opinion, this shop is second to none. I took my car to them to “fix” a repair job that another shop had supposedly done. I had been told that these people did excellent work. The CarStar manager examined the work and found around 7 additional unaddressed issues. The shop personnel were wonderful and extremely professional and competent. They had to dismantle the front end of the car for repair. During that time they kept me informed about their progress. Their work exceeded my expectations. They performed the work as though the car belonged to them personally. I recommend this shop without any reservations.

Amazing job and had my car done when promised. I let them know I would be out of town and they finished it before I needed it. Great communication the entire process. If I ever need car repair again, I’ll come here. Thanks for the great work.

Disappointing Experience at CarStar – Unprofessional Management Rating: Last week, I took my car into CarStar after a minor fender bender, expecting professional service and quality repairs. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Addison, left a lot to be desired. While the repair work on my car was adequate, it was impossible to overlook the tense atmosphere in the shop. During my visit, I witnessed Addison engaging in what I can only describe as unprofessional behavior towards his staff. Not only was he extremely curt in his interactions, but it also became clear to me that he had recently let go of several employees under dubious circumstances. The remaining staff seemed on edge, which is understandable if their job security is being threatened. The mechanics were skilled, but the morale of the place was in the pits, and it definitely affected the overall service quality. It's tough to trust a business with your vehicle when it's clear that the people working on it are doing so in a toxic environment. In good conscience, I cannot recommend a business that treats its employees poorly. Management sets the tone for the entire operation, and in this case, Addison's approach to running his shop is reflecting poorly on CarStar's brand. I believe in supporting businesses that value their workers and foster a positive work environment, and unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case here. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that there will be positive changes for the sake of the employees who deserve much better. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

I don't know how this company had 5 stars. The owner Addison was the most unprofessional and quite honestly the most careless person I have ever come across. He had no card for our safety or what would happen to us after having our car at his shop. I don't think Addison should be allowed to actually manage a company that safety is a top priority.
