The customer service and repair work done here is excellent! Kendra who works at the front desk is very helpful with answering any questions, and they send you text message updates on the status of your car. My car was hit from behind and had some dents and chips in the paint, and they were able to clean it up so well that you couldn’t even tell the car was in an accident! They also cleaned the interior which was a nice added bonus!Service: Body & Trim

I took my new 2022 Ford Maverick here for hail damage repair. I chose this place as the online reviews were very good. I would have to agree with what I read as they did good work in a timely manner for the price they quoted. The customer service was great as well, kept me up to date on the progress of my truck. Amazing customer service,great communication, and excellent work. I was rear ended and was given a list of body shops by State Farm. The first shop I went to had such poor service right off the bat - I decided not leave my car with the shop. After looking at more reviews I found this Carstar Highland North location. Courteous, kind, efficient. My car was well cared for and even cleaner than when I dropped it off, which was unexpected and appreciated. Excellent customer service from Kendra who walked me through the full process and was quite familiar with what to do with insurance, etc. Clear communication and timely responses when needed. Crew did a good job fixing my car and in an expedited manner despite being a man down.

Recently purchased a new car and had some minor chips in the paint on the back bumper and by the license plate. Several shops turned me away because the job was 'too small', however the courteous staff at Carstar Highland - Denver North location were happy to help they were really busy that day and still took the time to meet with me, which meant a lot. Kendra is amazing. They kept track of my ongoing repairs for over a year since I dragged on time and she Ickes u right where we left off. They got out more scratches than they needed to, and cleaned my car perfectly, going ABOVE AND BEYOND. Very communicative, professional, and courteous. TY guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not sure a collision repair place is where you want to be a ‘repeat customer’, but after I got rear ended by a careless 19-year old AGAIN and ended up with major rear and front end damage, I brought my car back to Carstar Highland North. The liable insurance company wanted me to go to one of their recommended repair shops, but I insisted on going here due to my past great experience. Brian, Kendra and the whole team took my car with major damage during a time with supply chain issues, and turned my car back into looking new. Even though the car was there for a couple of months, they completed it way ahead of projected scheduling, which just goes to show the vast connections they have with parts suppliers. The communication was superb – proactive, timely, and informative. They dealt with the liable insurance company. The customer service is friendly, genuine, kind, helpful. I cannot tell you how amazing the crew at Carstar Highland-Denver North is. They were so quick and communicative when repairing my car after I was rear-ended. It was a pretty extensive repair and it looks seamless! Weeks before I was rear-ended I ran into a pole which cracked my front bumper and left it hanging, after the repair to the back of the car was done, I asked if they could create a quote for me front bumper. They just had me swing by and pinned it up for free! I almost started crying. I will always refer them to ANYONE who needs car repairs. Not only are they exceptional with what they do, but they truly care about their customers. Thank you so much for fixing my car up!!
