Went into Carter's for thermal PJs for my 9 year old and was happily surprised to see overalls in sizes 10, 12 and 14 for $8 per overall. Ended up getting two - all set for fall
Worst expérience i have had so far in any Carters store. The people working today were super rude and never did they ask if i needed any kind of help. They got mad because my son was walking around with the shopping cart.. I DO NOT Recommend this store at all.
Store selection is pretty good. But, the staff is very inexperienced and not friendly at all. They definitely need more training and need to appreciate their customers

Horrible customer service. The sales are always not friendly and rude. They will never help you and works on your pick up items. Just told you we do not find your package then ignore you. We have been to this store for 4 times but got nothing. Will never go to this carters again.
