I always have a great experience here even if I make a purchase or not. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Everyone makes mistakes but if they do, they go above and beyond to alleviate the problem so everyone can be satisfied 😉. I LOVE the treasure chest with goodies for little boys and girls. As well as our birthday perks!! Today I was exceptionally good, I got three Pandora charms and some new Lavish jewelry cleaner! #gotmyshineon

Carter’s Jewelry sales associates were very welcoming and friendly. My purchase was a Pandora bracelet and charms. The young lady helping me took the time to find out my favorite colors, hobbies, sports, etc, if I had children or grandchildren and then showed me several options till I was pleased with the ones I purchased. I highly recommend Carter’s for your jewelry store.

I can’t say enough about these ladies that work here at Carter jewelry. They go above and beyond to please and make the costumer happy. My wife and I designed her wedding ring and the process was simple and chae carter kept us in the loop with the jeweler whom was making the ring. We go back ever 6 months for a cleaning no questions asked. Just great southern hospitality in a small town. Keep up the good work y’all.

Shopping at Carter's is like visiting with friends. I had a lovely experience; Tamiya helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry. Thank you for the teacher gift card! Miss Carter's generosity and support of our local teaching community is overwhelming. I look forward to my next visit!

The sales lady who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable as well as friendly. She was very personable and inviting as well. Initially I was worried I wouldn’t find anything with such a low budget, but as soon as she came up to me I was comforted and assured. I will definitely be shopping here again.
