Excellent beer! I highly recommend the hefe; it's a very good example of the classic German style of hefeweizen. The oatmeal stout and bock were very good as well. I'll definitely be visiting Carter's again!

Ghost Train Double IPA is probably the smoothest Doubles I've ever had.. definitely worth the stop by if your in the area

Tasty beer, great selection and some are award winning from Great American Beer Festival. You can order food right at your table. Great environment, seating inside and out.

Probably one of the best breweries in the state, and that’s saying something. They have a large selection of beer on tap from light to dark and malty to hoppy. I always make my way there when I am in Billings. I highly recommend the Ghost Train or Derailed IPA if you like IPAs. Also the farmhouse is something I crave regularly.
