Cartwright Neighborhood Park

Lot of shady characters hanging around at night. Probably because of the game room right across the street.

Fun lil park to play baseball or watch from bleachers, no bathroom. Close to two restaurants two mom and pop convienece stores barber shop.....good location and there's times grocery store one block away and safeway two blocks away

Nice park. Corner where the bathroom is, is dirty and no lights. Lots of chronic doing drugs and blowing each other off. Park is good for jogging. Just don't use the restroom.

Part of the park is occupied by housless people and sustance abusers, didnt feel safe on bathroom side of the park

Good park for those group games needing a baseball diamond. Parking is mostly on park parameter. some additional parking under road bridge next to it.
