This was hands down THE BEST car buying experience that I have ever had! I literally did everything online and the car was delivered a week later. The customer service was amazing, easy accessible with answers to my 1000 questions. The delivery was really smooth, the driver Tiffany reached out to me to let me know her arrival time. She was very nice and explained my paperwork that I had to sign, took my old car, dropped off my beautiful Honda. I will tell anyone about this great experience. The car was exactly as described online. I will never go to a dealership again to purchase a car. No haggling, no back and forth, no 10 different people coming to you during the process. This really opened my eyes to buying through Carvana versus being in a dealership. Thank you for the smooth experience and new car!
I went thru 4 cars before I found the perfect driving car. It’s a long process …over a month, but Carvana was nice and basically let me test drive and return each car til I was satisfied. I was mad at first, but who else going to let you bring back 4 cars. I like it. I’m just glad they didn’t stick me with a bad car like others. Thank You Carvana! I love my 2023 BMW M440i! I would give 5 Stars, but I did have to return a lot of cars. Return policy is the best! 5 Stars for that!
Recently purchased a vehicle online from Carvana at Charlotte, exceptional 3 point verification experience with quick turnaround. Purchase was made on a Monday in which I was then able to pickup the car that coming Wednesday. Sebastian, Kiana and the rest of Carvana’s team at Charlotte were very cooperative and ensured I had all of my necessary paperwork submitted so that I could secure my purchase during the required time frame. Upon picking up my vehicle there was more paperwork to be filled out but nonetheless that was no hassle. I was able to inspect the car thoroughly before driving off the lot. The car was in the same condition as displayed online. Kiana made sure that I was fully aware of their 7 day return policy and 100 day warranty if I experienced any issues with the car prior to leaving. After the 7 day return policy was up Carvana completed my vehicle registration and had my new license plate and temp tags within 5-10 days. I would definitely recommend this Carvana location to anyone whose interested in purchasing a vehicle. I would also recommend having 3 documents to verify your address on hand prior to starting your vehicle purchasing process online.
I’ll start with the pros: -It’s convenient and fast -Both of the reps that dropped off my cars were nice. -Easy to talk to customer service both on the phone and the chat. Cons long read: -Cars are overpriced. Compared to what I’ve seen at dealerships. Newer and in much better condition for the same money I paid! It hurts my soul. -The pictures don’t show you every scratch or imperfection. I got two cars from them returned 1st one and both had issues that weren’t pictured. I’ve included pics of imperfections my car had that weren’t on the listing. -Both cars I got had issues on delivery. These were noticeable once you start driving, which means they should’ve noticed and I would think, not ship these cars out. I kept the second car but it had to be in the shop 3 times to get fixed. Imagine owning a car for 2 months but only actually having it in your possession for 2 weeks? And before anyone, including Carvana, says “you should’ve returned it”, keep in mind that not everyone buys a car out of pleasure. Our car legit broke down in the middle of the street. We needed something fast and renting proved to be more expensive. We figured we would make use of the warranty. Hindsight is 20/20 but I shouldn’t be blamed for paying almost $14k not including the interest I have to pay for a car and expecting it to work properly. That’s the bare minimum. -It felt like they got their money and they were out. Seriously, not even a message to see how things are going/is there anything else they can assist with, nothing. No effort to show they actually care. I’ve had Amazon sellers, from whom I bought a $20 product, reach out to see if I was happy. The only thing I got from them was them asking for a review. Well here it is. -I had to reach out to them with one week left on my temp tags, to tell them I had a week left, for them then to expedite it the process. Why do I have to contact you? How are you not keeping track of that? And if you can get it done that fast, why not do that from the jump? Once the 7 days have passed, just get it done. What if i didn’t reach out? My advice is to stay on top of things and don’t trust them to do that for you. There’s more but trying not to write a book. Overall, if you have other options, skip Carvana. My experience was trash from start to finish and though other factors like Silver Rock, the repair shops etc contributed to that, Carvana gets the brunt of the blame because it all started with me getting a car with issues. But anyway, take a chance if you want to and make good use of the 7 day return policy.
Just bought my 2nd vehicle with Carvana! 100% satisfied with entire experience. Don’t spend hours at a dealership when you can see every inch of your vehicle before making purchase. The guarantee is second to none. Thanks again for a smooth transaction!
Oh my goodness...selling a vehicle has never been easier! And I got over a thousand dollars more than any dealership was wanting to offer on trade-in. I also didn't have to worry about meeting strangers at my house or in a public place or being scammed by any of the countless ways folks are being scammed these days by selling it on my own. I chose to save $40 and drop my vehicle off at the central location. This, too, was fast, friendly, and efficient. My direct deposit payment was processed that same day and my bank had it as available funds the very next day. **Note...the available funds is entirely up to YOUR bank and it may not be as quick as mine. However, Carvana processed the funds within a couple of hours of me dropping off the vehicle at their location. They also had SAME DAY appointments for the drop-off option once I was cleared to sell. So quick and easy! If you're looking to sell your vehicle, do yourself a favor and use Carvana. You will NOT be disappointed.
If you wanna sell your car without any hassle, get a better offer than selling to a dealership, go to Carvana! It was the easiest process ever! Even dropping off the car was an extremely smooth process. If you're selling a car, go to Carvana first!
Very disappointed, started the purchase of a corvette 45 miles away. Was told I could get the car in a day. Once paperwork complete was told it would 7 days before they could deliver . I practically begged to pick the car up , only 45 miles away. This was not an option. I continued to follow up. Following up at times was challenging due to the customer service people were English second language. They were delivering on a Sunday. I spoke to them on Saturday and Sunday morning to verify everything was in order. My delivery was scheduled between 11am and 2 . At 12.15 I get a text message. The corvette was too low for a delivery and we would have to schedule a pick up for next week. No one would respond to the text. No one cares. They did refund my $ promptly. Stay away . I understand an online purchase can be ideal but you need customer service there is an issue. This isn’t the case Don’t do Carvana. Look at the reviews and lawsuits
So I ordered a car from them. Was super excited about my purchase. Took the day off work so I could be free and also had to add the new car to my insurance and remove my old one as I was trading in. The car arrived and the person whom was making the delivery told me they couldnt get the car off the trailer as they could not drive a manual and asked me to do it. Not a huge deal But upon looking the car over it appeared NO ONE even attempted to clean the car or do any paint correction or anything prior to this car being delivered and I also found a nice sized dent in the passenger quarter panel along with multiple deep scratches and paint chips. Obviously none of this was disclosed on the website I told the driver of the delivery vehicle I am refusing delivery. I then called carvanna customer support where I was placed on hold for almost a hour and have not spoken to ANYONE about this issue other then there normal CSR. To say the least I am out of my time money and time away from work.
I am ecstatic about my experience with Carvana. Kiana, my advocate, whom I met at the time of pickup, went above and beyond to make my process go smoothly. This is the second car I have purchased with Carvana. The car I bought was very true to the description. The trade-in was a seamless experience. Kiana treated me as well as my family. She made sure all my questions were answered, looked over the car with me, and even explained the new features I was unfamiliar with before driving off. Thank you, Kiana!
