The floor required sweeping but also dirt was embedded in the floor tiles, especially by the refrigerated display cases along both perimeter walls. The ceiling has partially completed patches and overall the place appears run down and in need of deep cleaning or more preferably a complete renovation. The wafers in my prepackaged ice cream sandwich were cracked into several pieces, much indicative of the lack of attention to basic principles plaguing this establishment. The ice cream however was tasty.
One guy working there is the man, the best worker he is the ice cream worker we need but the ice cream worker we do not deserve.Food: 5/5
Good ice cream but pretty pricey.
Beware. I ordered a cake for a party and paid a lot of money for it. When I picked it up, the bag felt so light. When we cut the cake, the filling inside was so scarce. Never again after what I paid! I’ve never gotten such a cheap filling for a carvel ice cream cake. I would have been better off buying one in a supermarket! The workers there are not very friendly when I placed the order or when I get ice cream for my kids. It’s all business. Do better new Carvel owners! The past owners and quality of cakes were so much better. And by the way, the guests noticed the quality of the cake too!

This location advertises buy one get one for $2.99 banana barges on Fridays with a poster in the window, but they don’t actually sell them. They claim to be out of bananas , but I spoke to a manager and they never have it because she claims the bananas go bad. I asked if I could bring my own banana , there’s a produce store right across the street. She was willing to just sell us ice cream in a different container because they don’t even HAVE containers for banana barges , but refused to give us the buy one get one for $2.99 price !
Wonderful franchise and owners, along with employees. I'm often here to pick up cakes, and ice cream cones once in awhile. There's adequate seating throughout. The decor is a little lacking but I'll gladly give up a little ambiance in the face of better prices. They have ready made cakes or custom orders. I realize they also have Cinnabon here as well although i haven had a chance to try theirs out.
I like Carvel. The kids are always pleasant. There's a wide variety. The only thing I don't like is There's no seating. There was before covid.

Love this Carvel! They also sell Cinnabon and ices from L&B Spumoni! We went in trying to use a coupon and the sale prices don't apply when using a coupon. Understandable and we were still able to go home with a carton of saucers strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate flavors and a cup of spumoni ice. It was awesome. Can't wait for the summertime. Service is great here. This Carvel is also next to many restaurants. Great for dessert!
