We’ve been a customer at State Farm for over ten years. This office has always been helpful and ready to assist us. Phyllis has been a life saver. She has assisted us with car insurance and life insurance then we took out an auto loan with StateFarm as well. When we brought our first home, Phyllis sent homeowners insurance quotes for us and renters insurance quotes for our tenants as well . Any time promotions or discounts were available to us on our policies, Phyllis would call and let us know our options. Any time I’ve had questions regarding our policies, she would always return our phone calls and emails right away. We’ve had an amazing experience with StateFarm because of this. We truly appreciate it.

Very disappointed with this experience. I purchased renters and flood insurance through this branch. The renters insurance process went fine but the flood insurance purchasing was extremely frustrating. First, I was told that I needed to pay 137 annual amount. About two weeks later I was informed that I needed to pay an additional three dollars, which was fine. This was a little frustrating because I am in the height of hurricane season and need my flood insurance to be implemented ASAP. Then, I was informed by another agent that I needed to provide proof a residency documents and that my insurance was not valid until this was done. I never received proof of residency documents nor was I told I needed to fill those out. So finally, I get a letter saying my flood application has been withdrew and that I need to start this process completely over. This is unacceptable and I should have been notified multiple times prior to my application being rejected. I will not be going through State Farm every again and I will be sure to tell others about this experience.
