Antonio was extremely helpful, honest, and stayed in communication with me regarding my laptop. I appreciated him looking for the best option and solution for the repair. On top of that he got my laptop back up and going quickly. I would definitely recommend Antonio, I’m very happy with his service !!!

My custom gaming Pc had a problem and looking at the reviews the place seemed really nice, and it was. The day I dropped off my pc the technician was out that one day and the guy in the front desk was vary nice and gave a form to leave my pc at the store with my number so the technician can call first thing the next morning. The next morning came by and he called and wa nice and upfront with the pricing costed me $60 USD a few hours come by I pick up the pc with no problems.

Super friendly service! 10 minutes after a phone call he was already looking at my computer. He explained a lot of the steps he was taking to address the issue with my Surface and what they were for, which I appreciated. I'm absolutely bringing any future issues I have with my computers to Cascade.

I am going to be a customer of theirs for good. The service was terrific, the quality was work is excellent and he made me feel very comfortable letting him do the work on my computer. If you have any computer needs I suggest you only come to them.

I ordered a new processor and motherboard and called Antonio at Cascade Computers and he told me a 1-2 day turnaround for the installation compared to 3-5 from others especially larger companies and the price wasnt an arm and a leg. He called me and let me know any and everything I needed if I didn't have it and he delivered some of the best service I've had. My PC is running amazingly fast and correctly most importantly. I will take my all my computers/laptops to Cascade Computers. I will refer everyone for pc repair/install to them as well.

I started this going to the closest computer repair place to my house after I crashed my gaming pc while trying to install a new gpu and cpu. The guy at tgot my pc running again but immediately after I got it back home it overheated. The guy had just wiped off the thermal paste from my old cpu and installed the new cpu with no paste. I don’t know anything about this but I do know that you have to have thermal paste between your cpu and cpu cooler. How the hell can this guy know how to get my pc up and running after a crash but not know to put paste on the cpu? After spend over $3000 on this gaming pc there’s no way I’m taking it back to a guy that has not heard about thermal paste! So I started to read everyone’s reviews about computer repair places in my area and Cascade Computers had the most positive reviews that are definitely not the same people writing fake reviews over and over which is what I now suspect the guy at the place close to my house did. Antonio here at Cascade was just as aghast as I was about the lack of thermal paste. I had him install a new small form factor 1000watt power supply to go with my new rtx 4090 graphics card in my very small SSUPD gaming pc, and update my motherboard BIOS and check out my gaming pc in general to make sure everything works. He was very nice and knowledgeable and had my pc back to me the next day and it has been working fine since. His prices are very reasonable and this is the first place I will be calling if I need technical help again. Thanks!
