We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Cascade! Some companies offered rough bids over the phone, but with Cascade, a sales rep came to our house at a convenient time for us. He walked through the project, gave us suggestions and finished with a professional offer with all the information we needed. Scheduling was also very simple and convenient. Even with the busy season starting, we were able to get on their schedule quickly. The crew showed up on time and completed the project quicker than expected. They were all very professional and respectful of our property and our neighbors. After completion, we were contacted again to confirm everything was perfect! We would highly recommend Cascade!

Cascade Fence and Deck- Professional and friendly The initial consultation from Zack for a new fence was direct and informative. Cory provided the management of the project and prepared us well. The crew (Johnathan and Lance) were polite and accommodating. We shared costs with a neighbor and they made the process easy. The final fence appearance was excellent. Throughout the process the company staff was very professional and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

We were tired of replacing a DIY wooden deck every few years so sought to have it rebuilt by quality professionals. Cascade Fence and Deck had THE best reviews of any company we checked. We were not sorry. In four days the crews totally tore down our old deck, and a spanking new beautiful deck and walkway rose in its place. The crews used quality materials, took pride in their workmanship, and the work was performed in a professional manner. They were skillful, proficient, and courteous to ourselves and even the neighbors. While Cascade was not the cheapest bid, sometimes you have to believe in the old adage, “You get what you pay for”. Indeed! Now we never tire of using and showing off with pride our new deck and walkway. Well worth it!

Cascade Fence and Deck demonstrated its first-class workmanship and total commitment to customer satisfaction in replacing our large backyard deck from the ground up. The crew removed our old deck entirely in one day, even taking up the concrete supports for the joists—even, in fact, taking out the old ledger board, since they found the flashing to be far below their standards. Every bit of the old structure was replaced. Daily progress was huge, since they worked so hard and so efficiently. The whole job—duplicating the existing deck, which included long benches—was completed in four days. It was easy to see the care the crew took with every aspect of the construction, the extreme precision with which they measured, cut, and installed materials. Tops of joists were covered with G-Tape to retard rotting—a feature not present in our old deck. Deck boards were attached with screws, not nails as before, so boards can be removed easily if access is ever needed under the deck. We chose a PVC product for durability and ease of maintenance with no sacrifice of visual appeal, since it looks so much like real wood. The finished deck looks absolutely beautiful. The crew, despite working so hard, encouraged us all along to ask about any aspect of the job and answered our questions expertly and thoroughly. All the guys were friendly and enjoyable to be around. We recommend Cascade Fence and Deck to anyone who wants the highest possible quality for this kind of work.

Our fence was finished today, and we could not be happier with the finished product. It has transformed our yard and is exactly what we wanted. Cascade Fence and Deck was great to work with throughout the entire process. Zach came out and did our quote a month ago, and then was more than accommodating with our ever changing decisions. We finally landed on a semi privacy fence (Deschutes). He had some great design pointers for us, in addition to being very quick getting us quotes for our requested changes. We were on the schedule quickly after putting down our deposit, and the communication through the scheduling process was great. Jonathan and his crew spent three days at our property constructing our new fence and retaining wall. It was evident that the crews take great pride in their work and want the customer to be pleased with the end product. To our delight they were able to remove a large rock in our backyard as well. Our neighbors had nothing but positive interactions with the crew, and have all commented on the quality and appearance of our new fence. We would recommend Cascade Fence and Deck to anyone looking for a fence, and will proudly display their badges on our fence.
