Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare

I've been with Cascadia for a bit over 5 years. They've been helpful in some areas, but leave much to be desired in many others. How they've yet to figure out bringing in-person groups and f-2-f care back after 2.5 years, I cannot grasp. Due to recent societal attention to our community's mental health care crisis, as of late Fall 2021, getting attentive and timely care and reasonable appointment dates has become unmanageable for me. Hindering for not only my anxiety, but for peace of mind my primary care provider left sometime this past year & no one bothered to let me know until my prescriptions stopped getting written. *If you're looking for a long-term provider, this is not the place for you, I've had 4+ therapists, and while I'm not very good at benefitting/attending in-person groups, I do miss the f-2-f therapy & mentor sessions. On a + side, MSR, primary care, mentoring, medication, on-site psychiatry, housing and some case worker type of assistance is available if you can get your team to get on the same page at the same time lol. I do recommend for those needing less care than I do but being dual diag is hard enough to self-advocate for without confusion and long waits for appointments anyway!.
