Joe and his team are the best! We had a major foundation issue and needed waterproofing as well. He explained everything they would do, how they would correct the issues, and answered all of our questions. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet and values his customers. The team was professional, HARD WORKING, and respectful. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was with them. We highly recommend them if you have foundation issues. Update: 7/26/22 We had 3 inches of rain today and our basement is perfectly dry. Amazing! We are so pleased with the work Case Foundation did for us!

After getting a quote from a rival company we had Case Foundations come give a quote. Paul came out and in 2 minutes discovered a leaky pipe instead of water seeping through the joint like the other company said. Instead of trying to get any money from us he let us know we need a plumber. Very thankful for the honesty!

When we moved into our house a few months ago we were not aware that the basement was leaking so badly. We got a an assessment from Case for a waterproofing system to be installed. Not only did they have excellent reviews and a long standing reputation, they also beat the competitors price by thousands of dollars. They also use a better drain tile than most places, to allow for better flow. Knowing they had a lifetime guarantee on their work was also a nice assurance. Fast forward a month or so after the initial install, and we were still having some leak issues along an old crack. I called them up and explained the issue, and no questions asked came out to do the repair on the crack. Not only that, but very shortly after that fix another crack started leaking. Again, no question came to fix the issue. That is 3 times total they have come to work on the issue. I'm guessing my house has some usually high hydrostatic pressure underneath the floor that caused the continued issues. I'd say the initial install they did would be more than sufficient for most houses. Needless to say I have been very pleased with the service I have been provided. I am also astounded at the fast rate they get these jobs done. Never have they been here more than a day, most times just a few hours. I have no doubt they will continue to take care of me if needed, and I would absolutely reccomend their service to anyone else!

Holy smokes, people, there are still honest companies in this city and Case Foundations is one of them! We have two cracks in our foundation and we had another company come out and they wanted to install piers at an estimated cost of $14,700!! Obviously we'd get a second estimate, right? After researching other companies I decided to call Case. Jim Nett came out and did a thorough inspection and explained in great detail how we didn't have a problem that we just had a common freeze/thaw crack. He even told me how to repair the cracks myself. Thanks Case and Jim for running an honest business. I'll be absolutely sure to spread the good word about your business every chance I get.
