By way of background, I am an out-of-state practicing attorney. I needed a family law attorney in Tennessee to help me fight for partial custody of my 4 year old daughter. After a grueling 8 hour trial, in which Daniel still had energy to continue, I was awarded 105 days of visitation in my home state. In trial Daniel was composed, deliberate, aggressive, and commanded the witnesses, opposing counsel, and court. I would like for people to know that if your looking for an awesome law firm I highly recommend Casey, Simmons & Bryant, they were with me every step of the way through my divorce. Mr. Casey was my attorney and he was straight forward and point on in court, he won my case. The Best! After talking with many lawyers and even firing some, he was a breath of fresh air! I never waited days on a return call or email. In court he laid down the law. He knew the book and he laid it out. I was nervous at 1st because the other party had a very aggressive lawyer and I had already lost to him before but I hired Mr. Casey for an appeal and he delivered. I felt comfortable having him on my side.
