By way of background, I am an out-of-state practicing attorney. I needed a family law attorney in Tennessee to help me fight for partial custody of my 4 year old daughter. The Best! After talking with many lawyers and even firing some, he was a breath of fresh air! I never waited days on a return call or email. In court he laid down the law. He knew the book and he laid it out. I was nervous at 1st because the other party had a very aggressive lawyer and I had already lost to him before but I hired Mr. Casey for an appeal and he delivered. I felt comfortable having him on my side.
