Spoke to Abdul Khader over the phone, such an unprofessional, unethical behaviour. I will not recommend this place. Rates quoted are very low compared to market price. U can find better places for sure in Gold Souk which I did.
Very good shop for quick sell and good value for gold.
Bad prices if you want to sell gold, they will take off 30aed for each gram of the market price. I don't recommend them at all in buying or selling
