This is probably one of the best pawn shops in Kansas City from my experience, when times got tough I needed to pawn some of my personal items and these guys were top notch when I needed help, they gave me very reasonable quotes for items pawned and literally saved me from drowning in a real crisis, I have built a good relationship with all the employees and will continue to do business with them.

First time doing business with this cash america location, wasn't too bad honestly. The girl who loaned me a little cash that I needed was friendly and fairly quick...Got what I needed and was out the door. I had a decent experience overall. I will do business with them again. The shop was pretty clean too.
These people don’t know how to loan money on the valuables you have. They get their knowledge on what to loan from eBay. eBay is an auction site so their offers are low ball offers. You go to any other Cash America Pawn in the city and they’ll loan you more.
The lady I spoke to didn't even know what I was talking about. Actually I'm pretty sure she didn't speak very good English.

I love this one i talk to flipe' about a chromebook for school and he was so very helpful with every question and after looking allday calling trying to get this labtop finally purchased it mostly based off his great customer service . i love good customer service. Thank you god bless !!
The staff is very cool. They remain professional and fun at all times. They try to work with you and we have always left satisfied both buying or pawning.

The workers are terrible to get along with seems like they always have a attitude ! Test everything before you buy because I’ve had to return 3 times in a day to get a working Xbox one controller , than I also had bought gta v which also didn’t work
