Great find for a Full-Service Day Spa and Beauty Salon in North Arlington, VA. I only happened upon this place to find a hidden gem for all kinds of spa treats including massages, waxing, gel nails, hair cuts and styling products. After meeting at least a quarter of the staff, I found they've all treated me with great care and consideration. The space is lofty and clean, setting the tone for a very relaxing and very peaceful experience. Prices are reasonable and sometimes even cheap when they run specials. Friends and I even did a day there... it was just the soothing and attention I needed!
I’ve been a costumer for over 15 years. Love the place, the service and the staff. I’m very picky about my nails and never had a service as theirs. I’ve moved from South Arlington and tried a lot of places closer to me, and to be honest, it’s worth driving from Fairfax there. Well, when you notice a business that have been established for 20 years and the owners are the same and most of the staff too, it says a lot! Thanks everyone at Cassiana’s!
I've been a Cassianna Spa customer for 10+ years and recommend this day spa to anyone in search of quality nail and skin care. The staff is outstanding! My nail technician remembered my name from my very first visit onward.
I have been here three times for the same service. A Brazilian blowout. The first time they charged me $250. The second $300 because I was told my hair was longer and yesterday $350 because I asked for a trim. My “trim” is choppy and uneven. When I called to inquire about the price discrepancy I was told once again it was because my hair had grown. I only waited 3 months in between services. I had never had my hair cut here nor will I again. Inconsistent service and price. Plenty of other salons will provide this service for long hair between $250-$300.
Great customer service. That's about it really. The ambience is not really what comes to mind when one thinks of the 'spa'. What I mean is that it's not very nice or fancy, which is what I was looking for and the price difference isn't really that much when compared to the nicer place. To summarize, this is a glorified nail shop that does facials and massages, NOT a spa. I have been to much nicer nail shops at the mall. Nice idea/concept; however it is poorly executed. They need to upgrade the shop, in my opinion. The location is also not really the best... I did not feel particularly safe, and parking might be an issue, as it is in a strip mall type location; however parking spots are limited and lasts for only a duration of 2 hours after which your car might be towed. So although I would rate service 10; I would rate experience 1.
I have been a regular at Cassiana for years now! Lien is a fabulous nail technician with amazing skill. Two of my best friends and my mother also frequent as she is just amazing! For facials and skin care I rely on Quyen and havent been let down. Dont miss out on this gem of a salon!
Experienced stylist and therapists. I’ve been going there for years and have never been unhappy with my results. If you are, let them know and you will be happy when you walk out the door.
I would rate this place of 4.5 for mani pedis. I've always gotten a solid mani pedi here. And don't end up in pain like some places that I've been too. I feel like the pedicures also last for a very long time. I've been frequenting this place for at least several years and even though I've tried other places I always end up back here. The staff working here are very experienced and friendly. My favorite is Thanh; she gives great leg and arm massages as well as accurate mani pedis. Also parking can sometimes be limited but you can park across the street at the Suntrust as well.
I was recommended to the spa by a good friend of mine. I had the best facial here. I also frequent the spa for last minute pedicures. The gals are friendly and will have you in and out in no time! I recommend it.
I been a client for over 5 yrs and I just love this place and the owners. Quyen and her husband are great host and they really have great price and the staff is just amazing people. The quality of the services are great too. Happy client here and loyal. Keep the great service!
