Although we ended up at the hospital during labor. My family and I had the BEST experience with Cassie! She started providing care at about 25 weeks after receiving a disgruntled phone call from me regarding my OB experience . Over the phone she was able to calm me down and comfort me and briefly explain her services and answer any questions I had. I’m not going to lie we did have some reservation in moving foward with her services due to cost, but now looking hindsight I would have changed nothing about our decision to go with Cassie’s Midwifery Services. Truthfully, it’s so much more than long nurturing and educational visits something you could never receive at a doctors office. My experience with Cassie at the Motherhood Collective was like home to me! I didn’t feel like a number in a doctors office being rushed in and out. At Cassie’s your going to become very well educated on the process of what’s happening along every stage of your pregnancy. She fully prepared us for everything to generally expect during labor and delivery at home and if anything were to emerge causing relocation to the hospital. She cried with us and loved on us. It being my first pregnancy I was anxious and fearful just not knowing what to expect and Cassie gave my family and I the peace of mind we needed. Thank You Cassie and the Motherhood Collective!

I was curious about hiring a midwife, but also hesitant as I didn't know what to expect. Cassie made me and my husband feel comfortable since the first visit. She knows her stuff, she is capable and professional. She listens to your concerns and takes her time at every visit. She is respectful of your body, and your choices. She helps you make informed decisions. She and Erika attended my water birth and I couldn't have asked for a better team. My birth was beautiful and empowering, as this whole experience was. After the birth I had to go to the hospital because of a retained placenta, Cassie accompanied me through the whole ordeal and made me feel safe the whole time. She came to my home a few times after that to check on me and the baby. We really felt like we were cared for. If I ever had another baby, I would 100% come back to her. She is amazing and you can tell she loves what she does. I can't recommend her enough!!

I had my second baby in Feb of 2019 in the comfort of my living room with Cassie as my midwife and she was absolutely amazing from the beginning. This was my first home birth, I had my first son in a hospital and had a great experience. I am a more holistic, natural minded mama these days and was looking for a very hands off experience through my labor and pregnancy, and Cassie worked so well with me. She always provided me with the information necessary, cared for my emotional needs as well as my hubby who was more nervous than me the entire time!, she was great with my oldest son, and she was respectful and supportive of the very specific experience I wanted to create. I truly had the best birth experience and have recommended Cassie to my closest girlfriends for when their times come!

Cassie is an exceptional midwife. As I am also a midwife, I was extremely particular and critical of the type of care I would receive throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. When I decided to have her be my midwife I was still wondering if we may not be the best match. But now all I have are sweet memories of my pregnancy and birth. She was completely supportive and available throughout the whole entirety and I felt very comfortable, safe, and heard. She listened to my concerns, explored them. Voiced her opinions, facts, research, concerns and care. She is very respectful and professional, yet maintains a close warmth that is essential for a mother to have in this season of life! I appreciated her learning the type of birth I wanted, reading the kind of person I am, and helping me in the joy and the fears of birth. I think what I will remember forever is how she was my midwife well after baby was born. She checked in and always wanted to make sure I was okay physically and mentally. Honestly, it was was everything I could have hoped for. our family is forever grateful Thanks for being there, Cassie.

After having my daughter in the hospital my husband and I decided when I got pregnant with my son that a home birth was going to be a better fit for us. I interviewed Cassie and immediately knew she was the midwife I wanted to work with. I loved my entire journey with Cassie and the care she gave me. She always took her time with me at each appointment and walked me through so many things I just did not know when I had my daughter. She really listened and respected what I expected and wanted during the time of the birth of my son. The night I went into labor she got there as soon as we called and did an amazing job keeping calm and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. When it was time to deliver baby she helped get me in the tub and coach me through the birth exactly the way we talked about. After he arrived I love that we were able to go right to our bed while Cassie took so much time with me and baby after the birth to make sure we were both doing well and healthy. I highly recommend Cassie and home birth and can say it was a better experience then I could have ever imagined.

I never left a review! It’s been 16 months since I’ve given birth & I reflect back often on the care I received. I decided to switch to a home birth after 16 weeks. Initially, my partner was not onboard with this decision. I didn’t care. My body, my choice! I’m so proud of myself for putting in the research before becoming pregnant & advocating for the best care for myself. Cassie is a very warm, present and beautiful human being. Her midwifery care and knowledge put me at ease & also eased my husband’s mind. He eventually got onboard! ; I stand today with a beautiful homebirth story. Also, above and beyond appreciation for Cassie. Thank you for doing what you do, and for doing it damn well!

Cassie is a great midwife. My husband and I were very happy with the care I received throughout my entire pregnancy. The appointments are more intimate compared to a traditional doctor. I never felt rushed and always had my questions and concerns answered. Unfortunately I wasn't able to experience a home birth like I had originally planned but Cassie continued to be there for me. Towards the end I had to transfer my care over to a high risk doctor but Cassie was more than happy to be by my side for the delivery of my son.

Cassie helped me have the confidence to have my baby at home! She took a LOT of time to answer the million questions I had and really made an effort to get to know not only me but my husband also so he felt totally comfortable with her. The hospital and typical doctor route didn’t fit me and I wasn’t sure there was another option; one meeting with Cassie and I was in tears that I had finally felt comfortable and knew the path I wanted to take during pregnancy and birth! I felt knowledgeable, and totally empowered during my birth experience and feel so grateful I have such a positive memory bringing my daughter into the world. And I know it’s all thanks to Cassie

Cassie served as my doula for two births. She was a constant support for our family. She provided emotional support and knowledge to put our minds at easy during pregnancy, labor and birth. Cassie has a calming personality that made us feel at ease in a multitude of situations. She was available to me 24/7 via phone, which was indispensable. She has an open mind and caring heart that allowed me to be very vulnerable. I had two excellent birthing experiences because of Cassie. I highly recommend Cassie to anyone looking for someone who will support them in their pregnancy, labor, and birth.

Cassie is the best—intuitive, gentle, warm and committed to mothers, families and babies. She's my midwife from pregnancy to birth to PP wellness checks. Cassie made me feel so at-home in her office. As my belly grew and I came to see her more often, so did my love for her. Cassie holds a special place in my life. Cassie made my dream of a homebirth come true. My labor was anomalous—water breaking like in the movies, asynclitism, etc., but she talked me through each surprise and she came up with solutions—an herb to progress labor requisite, a very uncomfortable but efficacious position for pelvic floor release, etc.—all 19 hours of aberrant labor to a healthy, alert baby boy. I don't want another birth without her. I give her my highest recommendation.
