Purchased furniture at the mid-town store five months ago and have been trying to get a status update on delivery for over 6 weeks. Phone messages and emails to saleperson are not returned. Main number rings and rings and then goes to a voice message box. No messages acknowledged/returned. Totally ghosted and after paying a deposit. Horrendous customer services at best.
