Overall fine, but a little frustrating. The front desk staff was discourteous and condescending. She told me to do two different other things with my fingerprint card, although I have already thoroughly researched what I'm supposed to do with it. I understand they work with teachers frequently, but it's not helpful to assume all protocols are the same. The fingerprinting technician said front desk staff was having a bad day because three teachers the day before were confused. That's uncalled-for. This wasn't a bad business experience, so much as just a really stressful interpersonal experience.

Just needed a passport photo. Super easy and I was in and out in 10 minutes. All staff were masked and wearing them correctly. I was very happy to see satisfying precautions in place. Would recommend.

Best fingerprint experience I’ve ever had! They welcome walk-ins, I was in and out in 15 minutes. They know the protocols for different requesting companies. Extremely efficient and kind!

Extremely professional and courteous. I showed up right before closing, and they were still able to get me in quickly. They smoothly handled my complicated requests and did just a great job. I highly recommend Castech.

I called 15 times was put on hold for approximately 7 minutes. Listened to the discussion and the im getting a drink, at 14 minutes I hung up. Have tried to call back at 1053 and have still gotten a busy signal at 1120. How unprofessional. Ill let the agency sending me know the failure.
