The people are always very helpful and friendly. The guy today was very pleasant. I wish your store was in a better location. . If you do move choose wisely. I believe your sales would boost. It's very intimidating at your location. I feel like I have to be strapped just to go there. Much success and thank You.

I love coming to the store! I always find something that I love to try and there's always something new that I end up getting my eyes on for next time. I especially like the customer service and how an employee will walk you through how the toy is to how it is used. Zoe Chavez really helped me out this time while walking through the store. She knew what she was talking about and could even give recommendations based on what I wanted versus what my partner wanted. Will shop here again.

I'm horrible with names, but I'm pretty sure we dealt with the manager. She was beyond fantastic! I have hang-ups sometimes and shyness, and she made me feel comfortable enough to talk so she could find just what we were looking for. She put up with my sense of humor as she recommended products, and taught us the differences in technologies. Because of her quality of presentation we spent a chunk of well-spent money, and will be definitely coming back in the future!

Always an experience at an adult shoppe. Lots of products from a to z. Staff is cool and professional. Assist with questions ideas or whatever can make the customer feel comfortable and open to express what they are looking for.its worth a trip. Live a little people!

Got wrong product in carton. It said it was a dress and ended up being a body suit. Called store and the clerk refused to tell us to bring it back. Said all sales final. Body suit was not worn. Bad customer service. Will not be back to store again.

We are traveling and we don't have our toy box with us. So, we stopped by the Castle Megastore and found a few things to add to our collection. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However, Steve really stood out and helped us a lot. He patiently answered all of our questions but also let us wander and explore. He carefully checked and tested the items we wanted. His customer service was the perfect blend of attentiveness and giving us our space. He was very knowledgeable about the items in the store, including how often they were usually replenished. Going to an adult store can be daunting for me and Steve made this shopping experience a breeze! And, we thoroughly enjoyed everything we got! Kudos to Steve! Store gets 4 stars, Steve gets 5!
