Castle Megastore

What a great experience. First time I've been t this place. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by an associate Who introduced herself as Sierra. She then inquired about my reason for being there if she could help me or not. I told her what I was looking for but did not really know the name of the product she instantly put me in front of the type of product, where I found exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate a sales associate who is there to help me instead of pushing me to buy more than I need. Very sweet young lady with just the right amount of fun blended well with the necessary professionalism. Way to go Castle don't let this one go. Thank you Sierra for an enjoyable experience.

I came here today because I ordered a product online but the pick up location was at their corporate office and they do not distribute products there. So I thought well, let me go to an actual store and see if they can help. They looked at my receipt and made a phone call, then informed me that the order would be canceled because they did not have the product that I purchased at the store currently and said my money would be refunded within a few days. The gentleman was very apologetic for the confusion and he was also very helpful and friendly and made sure I was happy with the outcome of my visit. I ended up purchasing a similar product anyway so all in all it was a good experience. And I recommend anyone and everyone!

Would've been ok except the male employee repeatedly asked if I and other customers needed help. I get it being apart of customer service but if I say I don't need help maybe don't ask 3 more times. It was annoying as I was looking into something new and didn't want to share that with a stranger employee.

A wonderful man named Caleb helped me with my purchase and it was the absolute best experience I have had in ANY adult store EVER. I showed him what I wanted and he literally explained a women's anatomy perfectly. He had so much knowledge I could not believe how well he explained the toys and lube and tailored the experience to meet my needs. I went in thinking I would spend about 80 bucks and left spending 190 and could not be happier. I almost asked him if he wanted to join me on my weekend adventure he was great!

I was at Castle Megastore on Camelback today and the gentleman helping me was ????dang it its slipped my mind. He is very knowledgeable,about all products and helped us decide on what products would work best and I appreciate him taking time to share his knowledge. I'm sorry I'm forgetful what your name is

I honestly forgot her name but she was honestly the nicest worker I have ever come across she knew her stuff and helped me and my bf find exactly what we needed that night me and my bf were there for an hour or so just getting everything we needed and she even helped us pick some stuff we didn’t think we would get best store ever

had great and helpful staff...felt safe and clean... needs some chairs/stools for guests and staff to use. rested staff is happy staff.
