Not a bad experience. The driver was on time and communicated well. Friendly service but professional. The only issue is that she towed my car the wrong direction and that took about 15 minutes rather than what should have been 2. Her gps would have sent her about 10 miles in the wrong direction. Glad we caught it when we did.
Our insurance company assigned Castores to tow our van after the transmission died. The operator arrived within a minute of the estimated arrival time, loaded it up and left it at our mechanics shop, neatly parked and locked and my key safely deposited in the night drop. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Guys!
