The haircuts my dog was given were fine, nothing special. The customer service is horrible. No one comes to greet you when you walk in, they just stare at you through their little window. It’s so awkward. They don’t give you accurate times about how long you should expect for your dog to be there. When you call they talk to other people while on the phone with you, if there is even an answer. We’ve given them a few chances and we will not be returning.

The cuts are good, but I just had my dog trimmed there and they didn’t tell me until they were running my card there is a discount for paying with cash. Also, I always pickup between 3-3:30 and they called me twice within 10 minutes between 1:15-1:23 this time to let me know my dog was done and they were just waiting on me. When I said my kids had a class and I’d be there at 3:15, they said “okay well you’re the last so we are waiting on you and your dog really doesn’t like the kennel”. This was at 1:45. So I came to get our dog early for them and my kids were 20 minutes late to their class. I will never be coming back there again and if you want consistency I would avoid them as well. Addition to post- on the day in question their website says they close at 3. So they really should not have tried to guilt me to come get my dog so early if you are going to be open past that time.

Got my pup groomed there for the first time and had a great experience! I’ve been searching for a groomer for quite some time and was very pleased with his cut. They got me in right away, were very kind, and they had a clean facility. We will definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love Jo! She is the absolute best and I will only schedule with her. I am military and have been away for 3 years. As soon as we came back to Omaha, I scheduled with her. My English bulldog loves her sooo much and gets excited when he gets his "dates".

Pet Grooming by Audrey is such a great groomer! I am so glad we found them when we moved back from Lincoln. I had tried quite a few groomers in the past, but results were always varied. Bailey at Pet Grooming by Audrey always does a fantastic job with my dog - she keeps notes on what our preferences are and always makes sure she gets Lexie looking perfect again. The prices are also very reasonable, and my dog somehow doesn't seem to dread going - meaning they treat her well even when I'm not there! Highly recommend.

I love Pet Grooming By Audrey! I have been taking my little buddy to see groomer Kris for years and she always does a fabulous job. My dog is a Poodle/Shih Tzu/Bichon mix so his hair is a lot and very hard to manage at times but they keep him happy and smiling. Thank you for all the great cuts!

I have taken my white fluffy dog here four times and I have been pleased each time. I was getting reports about my dog of bad behavior at the other groomer I was taking her to and here she cooperates. I haven't heard one bad thing about her...and I ask each time. I highly recommend this groomer. I am so happy I changed.

They were so nice and helpful. Treated my baby like he was their own. Came back to me in better condition than I left him..THANK YOU BAILEY

I bring my pup in to get his nails done. Im always greeted with smiles and my pup comes out with awesome nails.
