Catalyst Massage

I have seen Rhonda a couple of times over the last few months. I am very active with weight training and running, and also a massage therapist myself, so my body always needs a lot of work. Rhonda is very client centered, and focuses in on the areas that I need work the most. She gives a great deep tissue massage that restores my flexibility. After the massage I am usually worthless for the remainder of the day because it relaxes me so much, but I feel much more energized and loose the next day.

I went to Jo a little over a month ago because I live/work in the area and it had been way too long since my last message. I'm so happy that I scheduled an appointment here. Jo made me feel so comfortable, from the moment I walked in to the very end, it was every bit of relaxation and recuperation. Before the massage, we discussed my preferences on what I like in a massage, Jo took heart of what I said, and it was the best massage I'd ever had!! When I left, I was just thrilled and I hadn't felt that relaxed in a long time. I will certainly be scheduling another massage in the near future. And I can't wait!
