I used them for maintenance on my personal boat as well as 3 work boats from 2007 - 2011. All had Yamaha outboards ranging from 50-130 hp. Pro -Their mechanics were competent and seemed to get the job done correctly every time Con -Their customer service reps were consistently very rude no matter what time of year we went in -They were VERY expensive, in 2009 I paid $438 for a water pump replacement on a 50 hp outboard. -In 2015, I got a quote for a new 70 hp outboard and they were $1,300 more expensive on labor than the next quote I got, though they were $200- $300 cheaper for the motor itself. Recommendations -To buy an outboard check out Bayside Marine in Wesport (i don't work there just a happy customer) -To get work done on Cape, try Boat Worx
