Caterpillar Vapes is the most amazing vape shop. I've never experienced such a kind, helpful staff from any store. The customer service is above and beyond excellent. I have shopped from them for 0 many yrs. They are generous with returns and make it easy returns or replacements, although they are very rare.

They helped me pick a MOD and took the rime to show me how to use it and properly maintain it. I got a bad battery and they happily exchanged it. Good juice specials and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful

I shop at the Q street location and the staff and selection is outstanding. I live in the Sioux City area but work in Omaha, and with all the choices I have for a vape shop this is my go to.
