This is the place where they'll help you to get a Visa, a place to stay, even free food for those who are in a economical crysis. Lovely staff members, the place is easy to find, tho. Bus stop is literally in front of their building. Oh, and you don't have to be catholic. They don't discriminate about your religion.

Their legal department expect you to pay a $50.- USD fee even for simple questions regarding status information or even when and what your next steps should be. Think about how much they would charge you for filing something for you. If I would have that money for consultance, I would go to an attorney and not bagging a charity for help.
